TEE Technology
TEEs are the backbone of rep.fun’s privacy guarantee, acting like a secure vault where all computations happen. Whether it’s running an LLM or managing assets, TEEs keep data and AI models hidden from everyone, including node operators. For EVM chains, rep.fun uses Phala Network’s Intel SGX technology, which creates a protected memory space for computations. For Solana, it leverages Secret Network’s NVIDIA TEEs, optimized for high-performance tasks. The primary strength of TEEs is their ability to generate cryptographic proof—a digital receipt that confirms the computation was done correctly and privately, which users can verify without needing technical expertise.
TEEs use hardware encryption to isolate data, with a unique key for each computation session.
The attestation proof is a small, encrypted file (signed with a secure algorithm) that logs the task’s integrity and privacy.
Nodes are monitored for reliability, using a reputation system based on user ratings (0-10 scale) from the leasing market.
TEEs are designed to resist tampering, with built-in safeguards against physical or software attacks.
This technology ensures rep.fun delivers unbreakable privacy, making it ideal for sensitive applications like healthcare diagnostics or anonymous DeFi trading.
